I bought this costume for my 8 yr old son to wear this past Halloween. All in all it was adorable, however, the leg coverings were very confusing to put on. There weren't directions, so I followed the way it looked on the photo, and it did not cover his pants as shown in the photo. Also, I did not see a string to tie the belt, so I used a shoelace. It kept turning so most of his jeans were exposed. The straps to hold it in place on the bottom also broke off so I improvised to keep it in place. I thought he looked great, but my son said he wouldn't wear it again, as he didn't like the bottoms. The vest and hat were perfect.Another winner from Aeromax
My son is into cowboys riding on the range lately, so this is a Christmas gift that will be enjoyed greatly. With two boys who liked to play dress-up at young ages, this is our 3rd Aeromax costume (we also have the fireman and astronaut costumes). Because of the price, I reluctantly bought the fireman costume many years ago when my oldest was obsessed with firemen. I now know these are worth every penny! I was confused by the "Helmet Only" listing on the website, thinking the helmet may not come with the eye protection...but it does! Very cute and my son loves it. This went with a flight suit. Got it for <$10 which is about what it's worth. Wouldn't pay the retail. He loves it loves it loves it. A little big for him. I'd say would better fit 5-8 yoA deceptive piece of junk!
This is not only one of the worst products I've encountered, but with a supposed $55 "list price" I was expecting something of reasonable helmet quality. This helmet is constructed of very thin flimsy plastic, not a thicker sturdy helmet material. It also is not shaped well for human heads and squishes my child's head front to back. Ordered this costume for my 6 year old son, who currently wears sized 7/8 clothes. The astronaut costume is well-made and he loves it, however the size 6/8 will only fit him a short while...hopefully he won't grow out of it completely before Halloween. Already the length is an inch too short - granted my son is no skinny kid but he's not quite 'husky' either. We got this for my son for Christmas as this was the year of the spy in our house. He absolutely loved it, immediately putting it on. The mustaches are perfect, if a little smarting to pull off (you can't expect otherwise). He loves that the glasses have mirrors so he can see who's coming up behind him. He would have been rather disappointed in the paperboard, put together briefcase had he not gotten a "real!" spy briefcase separately. The hat fit perfectly and the handcuffs were, perhaps, his favorite part (of course). He is a quite skinny 7 year old and the jacket in the size medium is *tight* while the sleeves are also short. As he put it on he said, "Well, it's a little small, but it's alright." I should have listened to other reviewers on the size issue, but he's soo skinny, that I thought this size would work for him. It does, just, now, but I can't imagine it will last long.Missing Items
This Jr Secret Agent would rate high if all the items that were advertised on the product, actually came. My son really loved this costume but was very disappointed that the rearview spy glasses and one of the mustaches did not come with it.Fun costume

A very well-made costume! I purchased it for an average sized 7 year old. It is a loose fit, but looks great and will be used for a least 2 seasons. I could not be more pleased. The cloth is excellent! The bandanna is so cool! A great buy..do not fear!Cute

Bought for my child who is portraying Joan of Arc. I was extremely impressed with quality of costume - exceeded my expectations. Body suit has zippers on sides of front that fits well with overall look and makes putting it on very easy. Boots are covers that fit over your child's shoes. The covers do have zippers down the back side and straps on the bottom side. Costume seems very durable - not one to fall apart easily. Looks very nice. I ordered size 12/14 for child who normally wears 8 - 10 in bottoms and 10 - 12 in tops. Costume would fit someone bigger, but I preferred to error on side of too big vs. too small. Boot covers are only thing that are really "too big", but we can work with them. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a knight costume. Nicest one I found.My son loves it, but it is not durable for everyday use
I bought this for my 7 year old son and he was thrilled. It really is a neat costume, but right away it got two holes in the silver fabric, one on the elbow and one on the shin. I keep finding large pieces of the boot fabric on the carpet.
This is a great costume to be warn for a special event, but unfortunately isn't holding up for play.satisified with quality

I think this is a great product that does what it is supposed to do. It arrived very quickly. All the parts are a great quality. The recipients really LUV it!!! The size does run a bit large but thats Okay. My only complaint is in the lab coat. It is a very thin polyester cloth. It contains no cotton as the description said it would when I ordered it. So I am disappointed in that aspect. (The box it came in was large. They could have saved cardboard by using a small box.)Love it!
I was worried that this would be too big for my five year old daughter. She is very skinny and wears a size 6 slim jeans. This fit her perfectly, the pants have an elastic band around them which makes them flexible for the size it specifies. The arms on the robe are a little long but it looks even more realistic when I rolled them up a little. Everything was included as stated in product description.The face cover, shoe covers (she wears size 11 kids and there is more room left for larger size shoes) and the cap are made durable and both stay in place perfectly. We bought this for our son last halloween. He loved it! I like to buy halloween costumes that can be used as dress-up clothes as well, so that we get our moneys worth. My son has worn this numerous times since halloween and it is holding up really well. It even washes well. I do wish it had come with pants, but we did have a police costume from a few years ago that had pants that actually worked really well with this. Khaki pants would probably have worked well too.Great for dress up
My son really wants to be a pilot so I got him this for his 7th b'day. He loves it, and was super excited to wear it. Ordered this product along with several from other companies which are similiar. This one was smaller than the others and was not quite as good a quality - this one suit is very cute but its very very lightweight - probably will not stand up to much wear and tear.
We ordered a 12-14 and it would not fit so had to send it back.
Make sure to check out the return policies on companies that are selling this outfit - some of them are VERY VERY strict and also charge a fee to return them.
There are some companies that will sell you this outfit which are eligible for Amazon Prime which is wonderful and you will get it within two days.Great costume
My child wore the white costume when he was 4 and liked it so much he requested to be the orange astronaut when he was 5. Both were of good quality, durable, and looked as authentic as you can get for a kid's costume. Both years he was the hit of the neighborhood and his pre-school. I did purchase the helmet to go with them, which was a nice touch to the overall look.nice looking costume!
