I was not especially happy with this "Deluxe" costume. The size that came was not the size that I ordered, it was a whole different sizing chart. The costume fit because I had ordered a size big, but it only just fit. Also the head piece did not fit like the one pictured and the seams came apart in some places after only wearing it one time. I had hoped to be able to use it a few times, as Scooby Doo is my four year olds favorite character, but I don't think it will hold up. While my son looked cute in this outfit, I was disappointed with it.Ridiculous sizing

The clothing part of the costume was sized for a child as described. It was a quite a bit bigger than we expected based on other costumes we tried on our child. A cold Halloween night made this a good "problem" since warm winter clothes fit easily underneath.
The mask is terrible though. It is much larger than shown in the listing. This mask fits loose on an adult who wears an XL hat. We stuffed the head and chin with packing material for my little guy to wear it. It was so uncomfortable and difficult to see that he couldn't wear it for Trick or Treating. He was very very disappointed.

This costume is exactly what I expected, and it looks great. It is not too flimsy. I think the headband is a tad bit short, so we might have to improvise, but the rest of it is fine.Pretty good costume for the money!
Compared to other costumes, this one is of pretty good quality. My son usually wears a size 6, and it is pretty big on him. We had to roll up the pants quite a bit, the waist is a bit big, and we had to safety pin the back of the shirt; otherwise the shirt hangs low enough that it shows his nipples. The sleeves are pretty long, too, but not unmanageable. The costume is not as thin as some others, and is pretty well made (for a costume). It looks authentic enough. The only complaint we had was with the feather in the headband...you have to fiddle with it to get it to stand up. Basically there should be the robe, the head scarf, and the head band. There was no head band included. We contacted the seller who, after a couple more calls, finally sent a headband (which they said they took from another costume -- feel bad for the child who got THAT costume ALSO with no headband). Guess what -- it didn't match. Close, but no cigar. Unfortunately, it'll have to do since our son's nativity play is in a couple of days. He's not into violent characters and he isn't interested in the older cartoon genres yet so finding him a costume is next to impossible. I love this costume because he knows exactly what it is and its not made out of that super thin cheap material that most costumes for boys come in now. I'm using a yellow hoodie and sewing the headpiece on since he doesn't have any ponytails to attach it to but someone else could easily use a dollar store headband to put it on a child with short or no hair. This was by far the poorest quality costume that I have ever seen. The cape is thin and cheeply made, we didn't use it. The bow is small and made from really cheap plastic, we couldn't use it at all. The cuffs we did use, but I had to cut them and add some velcro because they were huge. The arrows are just dowels with a fabric head. I added feathers and used that end to hang out of the quiver. The quiver is small, I added some foam board to it to make it larger, then I used gold paint to paint over the design and added some gold leaves to make it all blend together. I then had to add some styrofoam to the inside of the quiver to hold the arrows, since the arrows were so short. So my son reaaally likes playing skyrim, the video game. (I do too, ha) and this costume totally looks like a "draugr" and he had a blast on halloween. I got a couple of swords to finish the look. Got this for my son, he loves it and wears it everyday. It is made of good quality material and the sizing chart seems to be spot on.

Good quality as dress up costumes go. Better than some I have seen in the stores. My son loves it and can't wait for Halloween.The sizing is correct as far as height goes, luckily my son is skinny if he had been a husky boy it may have been too tight but the belt is big and will have to be tied to make it fit his small waist. The mask seems durable but looks as if it will get uncomfortable before the Trick or Treating is done. Just a couple of minor issues but overall I am happy with this purchase.Great costume

Got this for my son last Halloween, it did not come at all like the picture shows, there was no gray/black around the chest area, and it was all poor quality, I could have purchased the same costume at Wal Mart for $20. It states dress up suit, but came in a Halloween costume type packaging that you see at the stores, I had purchased this because I thought it would be better quality than the ones in the stores, but it was the same, only cost more. Also, the belt was way too big for my son, I had to tie it in the back, wasn't able to velcro. Overall disappointed, and when I contacted the seller, they told me to return it for a refund.
