This was fine for a simple toddler costume. I had no major problems with it and my little one enjoyed wearing it. Because it's packaged flat, it didn't hold it's shape as well as it could have, even after I left it unfolded for almost a month prior to Halloween. It was clearly recognizable as Mater and everyone liked it.
Nice concept, semi 3-D
They just don't look too 3-D to me...This product is made with good quality material, but not good enough(too soft) to hold up for 3-D result. Maybe my expectation is a little too high. I think it is fair to call it 3-D if you compared it with a T-shirt with Cars image at front; but what I received look nothing like the picture by product description. I ordered both McQueen and Mater, they each came with a flat(2-D) plastic package, they'd been flattened as 2-D during shipping, until out of these packages. No matter what I tried, it was impossible to "shape it up". I had to return them at the end. What a shame it is such a nice concept, my kids love Cars I really wish it worked out.

Got this for my 4 year old for Halloween and he LOVED it! It's a GREAT costume and so cute. It's nice because it's easy to put on, easy to wear and do things in and it's just adorable!
