My son wanted to be a ninja for Halloween this year. Product arrived quickly, but it was smashed into an envelope for delivery. Picture on front of the shirt was as shown and all ties were included. The only part that let me down was the hood and the black mouth cover. The mouth cover is just a strip of black fabric that you have to tie around the face. It does not stay up and there is no way my son can say Trick or Treat with it on! The hood is VERY SHORT and does not connect in anyway to the shirt. I would say the hood needs to be another 3 inches longer. Overall though my son likes the outfit though so I guess we are keeping it. You get what you pay for.Boys Red Ninja costume
On my first review, I said that I had to replace the hood because on the picture it looked attached to the shirt. However, it was a separate piece and was too short, therefore I gave the company an 'Ok' rating. They contacted me immediately, and asked if they could refund my money, or pay the amount I paid for the new hood I bought, in order to make me happy! I said it was okay, and that the amount for the new hood was only $5. I was very impressed with this company and their concern with my happiness. They gave me a credit for the $5! This came just as described. All the pieces were included and my 10-year-old son loves it. We are using the costume to create a Deadpool costume. The hood and mask will work great and the ties can be used to create Deadpool's sashes. It's not high quality, but about what you would expect for a store bought Halloween costume. I didn't like this costume at all. Shirt was too wide and short not at all true to size. The material is so itchy my son was instantly uncomfortable in it. Had to return it at my cost which I don't feel I should have had to do since its of poor quality. Waiting on refund. Sorry but I can't recommend this costume.

There are strings that tie around the arms and legs. One set of strings was not on one leg. I was a little hesitant to purchase this based on a few of the reviews, but my entire family -- especially my nephew -- loves this costume! He is 5 -- and about 50 lbs -- and the small fits fine and the mask is great. He's even added some $.99 cent purple gloves to complete the ensemble. The constant refrain is "so freakin cool!"

I was so dissappointed with this Naruto costume that I ended up making my own. It is basically all one piece of polyester. The blue belt and top don't continue around the back and instead of the folded down style collar, there is just a little piece of fake lambswool attached to the chest area. The hair and head band is just one piece of plastic with a piece of elastic to hold it on and although my 9 year old was happy enough with the costume, he was not going to wear the plastic head piece!Nice Custom, but....

Here's a great superhero costume for Halloween. My son didn't want to be another Spider-Man, Superman or Batman. He wanted something unique, so we searched around and found costumes from the Justice League -- Green Lantern, The Flash and Wonder Woman. Well, he chose the Green Lantern because he didn't want his head covered with The Flash's mask.
We also picked up the Green Lantern Flashing Ring to complete the costume. He's tried the costume out and is excited for Halloween.
UPDATE: The costume worked out fantastic! An added bonus is that the long sleeves and the muscle build kept our son warm during the Halloween trick or treating, too.

I bought this for my son because he loves Green Lantern and wanted to be him for Halloween. He was absolutely thrilled when it arrived. It was a surprise! There were only 2 issues that were brought up. One was the choice of hue of green. It should have been a much darker green. The costume itself is what we were expecting. However, there should have been velcro all the way down the back, otherwise it just sits wide open. My son enjoyed his Halloween immensely!The color is not as it should be!
I am very disappointed with this costume. It is a drab sea foam green instead of a vibrant kelly green. I didn't expect much durability based on the price but it is poorly made and just overall not satisfactory. Our grandson said he wanted to be a pumpkin for Halloween. His aunt suggested several and we liked this one the best. Meanwhile, he told his friends at school, who seemed dubious about being a pumpkin rather than, say, a superhero. But when he showed up wearing the costume, they were really surprised, and his costume was one of the highlights of the day. People took photos everywhere he went.
The costume is inflated by a small fan. Although there were instructions, they only covered the opration of the fan itself (with no reference to the costume). It took a little while to find the pocket that holds the fan, but then it rapidly inflated. He was very pleased once it expanded to full size. Note: carry along extra batteries! The fan ran for hours, but eventually the batteries do run out.Pumpkin costume
Just as cute as the photo. My son is 6 and it fit him pretty well. Bigger kids would probably have trouble fitting into the arm and leg holes which were pretty tight. Also the design didn't allow for good leg movement, so my son had a little trouble running from house to house as fast as he wanted - I suppose that made it easier for me to keep up :) I ended up pushing the bottom of the legs up to knee level - not worn as pants as shown in the photo. Costume was easy to assemble over clothes and kept him very warm. It also had holes for his hands to come out of the wings which made him available for activities at school. It was a great look for his school because it was unique, mask free which was required by the school, and made well so we can save it and use it again sometime. I needed a dance costume for my 8 year old little boy. This one seemed like it would be perfect. It had to be altered to make it look presentable, but it's adorable now, and it wasn't expensive. The shirt was huge, very long, and much too wide. We took in the sides and hemmed it. The pants have an elastic waist (thumbs up), but were a little too short. They looked like highwaters, so we shortened them to make them hit in the middle of the calf. We cut the belt off completely - it was flimsy and looked horrible. The little tie at the bottom of the navy trim on the chest looked cheap and tacky. That was cut off, too. The hat was tiny, so we couldn't use it at all. It would fit a baby or a small toddler. The material feels like linen and wrinkles easily. Just for dress up purposes to play around, this costume is fine. The price is right. After some modifications, it makes a great dance costume.Not very pleased!

The tail is great but it did not "stand" up as shown in the picture. My daughter loved the skunk costume, which is what really mattered. The velcro to close the costume in two places came off way too easily and I had to sew in velcro closures. The rest of the costume is sturdy. I did find it odd that there was no white strip down the costume's back so one was added.Halloween Costume
My granddaughter wanted to be a "zombie" skunk for halloween -- she was the cutest one you ever saw!! We got so many compliments on her costume!Happy "Lil Stinker"
This costume arrived just in the nick of time, and made my 4 year-old grandson extremely happy, as did the kangaroo costume we ordered last Halloween! The only problem we had was the wire supporting the tail; it broke fairly quickly but didn't really take away from the look of the costume. It does fall apart quickly, like the other comments say, but it is super cute for one-night Halloween party. We first put it on our 2-year old (it fit, but was a little tight) for the church Halloween party, and it was excellent. But for the actual Halloween night the bottom flower raffle string fell off. It was not too bad, we just cut it off completely and it still looked ok, but if you expect it to be better quality, you may want to look for something better. It is kind of harsh material too, so our daughter complained that it is itchy after a while. Either way, Halloween is only once a year, and this will work if you are looking for something cute and inexpensive for just 1-2 times to wear for your kid.Poor quality costume
I bought this costume for my daughter for Halloween. The quality is absolutely terrible - within one hour of wearing the dress, the hem on the skirt started ripping off and looked horrible. It's definitely possible to find higher quality costumes at the same price point. My advice: look elsewhere.Bad quality, ok to wear for limited times
My little wears it looks very lovely and cute, but the same comments as below ones, very bad quality! When I just hung it in the wardrobe, the bottom of the skirt just broken. I purchased this for my son, Caleb, for Halloween. For a 4 year old, especially, this costume is very durable, utilizing thick, felt-like material and quality stitching. It is an excellent likeness of SpongeBob, and my son was incredibly excited that everyone in the neighborhood knew exactly who he was dressed like. The slip-over-shoes black booties were an excellent touch, giving the overall costume a finished look. I highly recommend this costume to SpongeBob fans and parents alike!Well Made Spongebob Costume
My 3 year old son loves this Spongebob costume. It is well made and is much nicer than a lot of the other SpongeBob costumes that have silk-screened faces.
The face on this costume is stuffed so the eyes and nose have a 3D effect. It is also made of a thick material so it will be warm for trick-or-treaters in cooler climates. The shoe covers are cute as well. My son has worn it quite a bit already, even though Halloween isn't for another month.
The opening for the head seems like it might be small for bigger kids - it's no problem for my son, though. I imagine that enlarging the hole for the head would be a fairly easy fix if it was a problem.
I also got my son a Gary Beanie Baby to carry around and he's good to go!Adorable Costume
This costume is really cute. It is well constructed of thick felt. It's not like the cheaper screen printed one. The nose and eyes stick out making this costume look much better. We bought this SWAT costume for our 4 year old to replace one he has had for over a year and wears about 2x a week. Within hours of putting this costume on, the material ripped in the pants, the buttons on the shirt fell off, and the hat does not stay on. Do not buy this product, not worth the money at all. This review should in no way reflect the seller of this item, because they sold it for a good price and the shipping was fast. Plus it was packaged very well. BUT, the costume overall was disappointing. It was fairly tight (I know that this type of costume shouldn't be loose) and just wasn't as nice in person as it is in the picture. We ordered a medium based on the size chart and when we received it the accessories (mask, boots, hands) were huge. The nylon suit was about right, though a little big. Amazon was great at exchanging it for a new size, and we got a small. The nylon suit was sized alright, but the other pieces were exactly the same size! The boot parts fit nicely over my feet, which are a men's size 14. My son can't walk at all in them. The mask on both sizes was broken off the box (the "ear" piece fell off), and one of the hand pieces cracked with 5 minutes of wear. Total junk.very interesting
My kids love to watch old shows with their dad. We tried to get the costume for halloween, but it wouldnt have been in on time for everything thru october. but he is going to love dressing up!!cheap
