Cool Costume...
We bought this costume for my six year old son. He loved it! I would say that the sizes run small, because we actually purchased the 8-10 medium and it fit him well (maybe well enough to use again next year).

Only two drawbacks: 1. the material is KLEENEX thin, seriously. Good thing we had a 30 degree Halloween because my son had to layer his clothes anyway. :)
2. The hood will absolutely NOT stay on a child's head. With the material being so thin, the hood slips off as if it were silk. To remedy this, I simply hot glued the hood to the mask. Worked out perfectly!!

Very Hard to See Out of Mask; Hood is Not Attached to Main Piece
My 7 yr old son likes the costume, so it's a keeper. But as a parent, here are the things that you will want to know.

*Visibility - very hard to see out of the mask. I may have to have my son limit the use of the mask during trick or treating
*Material - standard really thin cloth
*Hood - not attached to the main costume
*Variances from pictures - there is no loop on the sleeve to hang the chain; Chain is shorter than depicted
*Size - runs small. I got my son a large and it fits him. He's a taller 7 yr old.

Great Unique Costume
We did not see any other kids in town or at the schools fall festival with this costume on, so I would have to say it has that unique factor.

It is light material and can see through it (just as with most halloween costumes). There were no visibility problems when wearing the mask at all. The strap came off during trick or treating which is nothing new to my two boys when trick or treating. Could it be that they are boys or was it the manufacturing of the costume or a combination of both!?!?! I'll say both!

The picture shows the plastic chain being connected to the neck and the arm; however, there was only one connection to make with it on the costume, and that was w/the neck. My son used the frayed arm peices to tie to the other end of the chain to make it look as it did in the picture on the package. That way it wasn't dangling and bounching back and forth, getting caught on things, etc.

Overall, it was a good costume and I have it stored for next...
