I didn't give the costume an education rating. It's a Halloween costume. I had to buy some extra items but that's ok. It's for my 12 yr old grandson. I think for him to appreciate the look face make-up and a wig is called for to top this off. The quality for the dollar was really good.
Cute Inexpensive Pirate Costume
I bought this costume for my son's 2nd grade school play. Didn't want to spend a lot of money, but he didn't want a home-made costume either. This was perfect. Not only did he wear it in his play, but I've talked him into wearing it for Halloween this year too (with a little makeup, he will be a "skeleton pirate"). It's loose enough that he can wear warm clothes under it, if needed, for Halloween.
