I was afraid this wouldn't fit my almost 11 year old who is not big or tall, just average. The helmet is roomy, the jersey fits well and the pants are trim-fitting. Very happy with this costume, and exactly what we needed for Halloween.
Son loves it, size was a little odd
Son is four years old and I can hardly get him out of this uniform. The helmet is large, but the chin strap can be tightened and that helps. My sister (small adult) was able to get it on her head, though it was tight. It is hard to play around with the helmet on because it slides around a lot (being so big). We play catch with the football, and he has to take it off because it's too difficult to catch the ball with the helmet on.
What I didn't like was that the shirt and pants were a little small. I got the small size based on reviews as there was not a real good size guide with the information on the amazon site. The shirt and pants fit him well now, but definitely won't last long. The small is probably a size 4 in clothes (though I would like a jersey to be bigger than that). Rip in Seam
Gear is great, but pants came with a rip in the seam. Would recommend this product, as son looks cute as a button in it, but unsure what to do with rip in seam now that son fell in love with wearing his football gear.
