Don't ever purchase anything from Brands on Sale! I ordered a costume well before halloween. I purchased a medium that said it was for a size 8 to 10. The costume that arrived was not even close, I would guess a size 4. All I wanted to do was exchange for the larger size. I paid $7.50 for the costume. In order to get the right size I had to buy it at the current price of $19.99 plus premium shipping bringing it to $29. Plus pay the shipping on the one that was too small. My $7.50 bargain is now a $50 costume! This is why people don't shop online. I've always trusted amazon because I thought they monitored the vendors they use more closely. What a rip off. We mesured her against the size chart and this was not within those paramaters.
