I bought this for my 3 year old who is tall and he was swimming in it. Also, there is nothing on the sides to secure it so it was flapping all over the place until I stitched some ribbon to the sides so we could tie it together. Also the ties on the neck weren't very good so I had to fix that with ribbon also. If you get it on sale and your kid loves the Thomas characters then it's worth it, otherwise, not so much.
Percy The Train Halloween Costume
This costume is very compatible to the Thomas The Train costumes you find at most larger super stores. However, this Percy the Train costume cannot be purchased at almost any store. This was a great deal for a great costume! My son was so happy to be Percy instead of Thomas!
Very average...
This is a very average costume - it is easy to put on the child, but it really doesn't look all the great (at least to me). However, my son loved it (he love's Percy), so that is all that really matters to me. If your son/daughter loves Percy, then get it ... if not, there are other costumes that are a lot cuter than this one.
