When I received the item in question, it was definitely not what I ordered. There was no invoice in the box so trying to contact the seller was nearly impossible. The item was shipped in time for when I needed but was clearly not the item pictured. It is pictured with hat, shoe covers, pants, and shirt. The shoe covers and hat were included, but the other item was a vest with an open front and small jingle bells sewed onto the front (one of which was missing). It is also important to note that even though I inadvertently ordered the wrong size which was 4-8, what was shipped was actually L/XL.
I did call Amazon customer service and they were very helpful. Amazon offered to send me something else sold by them for the same price to be here by tomorrow night, but since I am able to make this costume work with a few other items I'll have to purchase, they were happy and I agreed to adjust my purchase price by 50%.
In the end, make sure buyer beware when ordering things from...
mannequin clothes.
I got this for my store mannequins during Christmas season. Perfect!!! They fit him exactly right. Adn very cute indeed.

My son looked so cute. He loved this costume. The negative is that the bells fell off very easily. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase.
