They are just socks
They wear out pretty quikly. Grandson loved them but you may go brook if they wear them out side. Okay I guess

Can be reused as slippers
Ok not as sturdy as I imagined but they can be used as slippers after there use as a costume.

my son loves these but i don't understand why they are called boot covers they don't fit over his boots or shoes. he just wears them as socks around the house.
