I ordered this for Halloween, but my son wanted to try it on immediately upon arrival because he was so excited about it. His test drive got a big thumbs up! The pattern is fairly realistic, and the material is comfortable. He liked the helmet and accessory grenade and canteen too. He played in it for about a half hour before I put it aside for later. The material is pretty thin, so he'll definitely need to wear sweatpants and a t-shirt under it for trick or treating, but it should hold up pretty well for the night. I'm going to pass it on to my nephew after this year. As far as sizing, the top runs a bit small and the pants run a bit big. My son wears a medium shirt and size 6-7 pants. The arms and legs needed to be rolled up a bit, but that's ok. It's nice to be able to adjust it by folding, tucking it in, or cutting off the extra material. Army Suit for Boys
My son loved this halloween costume. Infact he still wears it while playing soldier at home. I would say though that I have since found higher quality for less in the AAFES military clothing store. Nevertheless, the kids won't complain.
Fun kids costume
My son loved dressing up as an army dude this Halloween. The costume is of average Halloween costume quality. He has played with it since and it has stood up.
