We found the Optimus Prime costume like this at a local store and our 4-year-old loved it. His favorite, however, is Bumble Bee, so I wanted to find that as well. The price was very reasonable here, so I had to get it.
Even though this is a size medium, it fits my 4-year-old a little loose, but well. The mask is a little big, but if you tighten the elastic, it works just fine.
It is your typical Halloween costume material and has velcro closures at the back. My son takes the mask on a off a lot in the span of an hour, and so far it has been just fine.
All in all, I would really recommend this as great costume and just role play at any time!
