First shipment, I received had a broken button, but the buttons were plastic and could not be fixed. The company shipped a replacement right away which was very nice, but the next one had two sides of the same velcro at the collar of the shirt. We didn't figure this out until right before kids were leaving for trick-or-treating, so my son ran around with his pirate shirt ruffle hanging off and the shirt wide open. Such a shame. I have no energy to ask for my money back.
